Lumpkin Youth Leadership (LYL) is a program designed to enhance, inspire, and empower LCHS students to develop leadership skills and explore career opportunities within our community. The 2019-2020 LYL is made up of 25 members. Today their focus within our community is discovering: 1. What is Leadership? 2. What are my Leadership strengths? 3. How do I get Leadership experience?
