Tomorrow (Thursday): The parade route has been changed due to construction on the square. Spectators should line both sides of North Grove Street from LCMS to Pueblo's as the parade will not circle the square this year.
Friday: Due to the forecasted heat index, kickoff for the football game has been changed to 8:15 PM. As a result, Homecoming Court will be introduced and our Homecoming Queen crowned BEFORE the game beginning at 7:30 PM. The Band of Gold will perform at halftime.

As summer break comes to an end but temperatures continue to be in the 90s, many of our youth are cooling off in swimming pools and other bodies of water. We want to encourage our families to take advantage of water safety and swim lessons at neighboring community facilities!
With school starting one week from today, make sure that your child's immunizations are up-to-date! Head on over to the Lumpkin County Health Department this Saturday (July 29th) between 8:30 AM-12:30 PM if you need to complete any immunizations or screenings.
